All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, order processing may be delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, Ewo Ayiti will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before your purchase is completed.

Ewo Ayiti ships to valid U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, where supported by the selected shipping carrier.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information. Please allow time for the shipping carrier to update tracking details after the label has been created.
Ewo Ayiti is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges applied by customs or government authorities. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Ewo Ayiti is not liable for products damaged, lost, delayed, or stolen during shipping once the order has been handed to the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team immediately so a claim can be filed. Please keep all packaging materials, shipping labels, and damaged goods until the claim is completed.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Ewo Ayiti is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be resent.
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, Ewo Ayiti gladly accepts most eligible returns by mail within 30 days of purchase.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to process. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
